I must confess, I am a true makeup hoarder. I have about a hundred of everything in every colour – lip gloss, lipstick, blush, eyeshadow, nail polish..you name it!
If there’s one thing I take seriously, it’s my eyeliner. I swear to you, I’ve tried just about every single type of eyeliner known to woman. Kohl, liquid pen, angled brush, thin brush, pricey products…everything!
It never goes on right, it dries out, rubs off, it’s uneven. Ladies, you know what I mean!
I wear eyeliner almost everyday and I have cat eye addiction (please help). Anyway, for some reason this product caught my eye even though I already had a crap load of different brands at home (hoarding of course).

I am telling you it is a damn miracle. May I introduce to you the PERFECT eyeliner!

This is Maybelline’s Eye Studio Gel. I use it in “Blackest Black”. Ever since I’ve been wearing it, I’ve been asked by many women “what kind of eyeliner are you using?”
It’s waterproof (great for lining your water line and tight lining), lasts 24 hours, smudge proof, intense colour, and contact lens safe!
It also comes with a simple brush that glides on your eyelid like BUTTA. Perfect, clean cat eye all the time, even for newbies!

I have already recommended this to a few of my friends and they LOVE IT! So I would like to share it all with you lovelies!
You can get it at any drug store, and it looks like this!

I would love to know how it works out for you!

Today, I was looking for the perfect high-waited ponts (FAIL). BTW has anyone else noticed how inconsistent American Apparel fittings are??!?!!? I tried on 10 pairs of the same ponts in the same size (yes, I said PONTS), and they ALL fit differently! Weird. Either that or my booty couldn’t fit in dem jeans!
Since I failed on my mission, I stumbled on some cute new nail polishes at AA to somewhat make up for the disappointment and treated myself to a 3 for $17.50 red light special.
SHABBA!

Can you find them?

ohhhhhhh…I lost them amongst the 5 ga-jillion other ones.
I’m well on my way to becoming a guest on Hoarders.

I’m craving salami.

To my lil’ frieeeend!
SAY CHEESE! *KLICK*

After much research, debate and listening to the Canon vs. Nikon war, I finally made the decision and took the plunge with a Canon Rebel T2i! I’m SO excited! Santa came a little early for me……wait a minute, I am my own Santa! HAHA!
I absolutely love it so far (thanks Vicks for the crash course!). Can’t wait to start shooting people, places, and my outfits…and other people’s outfits!!!
ps. My sweater is from the Gap; nail colour is “For Audrey” by China Glaze

I hope everyone is enjoying their holidays so far!
Be smart, and be safe! 😉

It’s funny that when I’m not neck deep busy in life I seem to lack in posts…but since I just purchased a brand spankin’ new iMac 😀 I guess I got no excuse! It was hard using that ancient Powerbook (YES. Powerbook. 1st generation Apple laptop baby). I keep it oldschool.
I can’t complain, summer’s been good to me. Good weather, friends, fam, food, and of course summer wardrobe! Sadly, it’s peacing out soon, so hurry up and wear all your rompers, because I have about 17 that I haven’t even warn yet!!
I promise I’ll be better at my posts. I’m excited about my SWEET STEEZ section I’m going to start – so look out for that!
I would post a crap load of pics of  my summer but meeeeh, there’s just too much to go through.

And you must be wondering about Meesh’s wedding! Well, she did it! Hahahaha. It was the most beautiful wedding ever, I was so most honored to be a part of it as her and Jon’s maid of honor.
Here are a few of my faves that were taken by my girl, Vicky

The following photographs were taken by Tara McMullen. See Meesh’s full wedding story post here!

🙂

I know this is out of my style, but I’ll leave you with Ai Otsuka- Kingyo Hanabi. I love this song and my little mochi nieces.

Yo Gabba gabba!

Here are the long awaited behind the scenes pics, and shots that didn’t make the flyer for Rhyme & Wine II.
Our model, Azalea is just beautiful!

I LOVE fake eyelashes AKA “fakies” since I was not born with beautiful, luscious lashes that some women are so blessed to have! I don’t wear them on the reg, usually weekend nights out. What I don’t love, is paying my life savings for them…..Ok they’re not THAT expanse, but it can add up, yeah? My first pair was a birthday gift a few years ago and I’ve loved them ever since! For those who wear them on the reg.. DAYUM!

I made a discovery at Pacific Mall while I was shopping wedding tings with my BFF. Meesh had to pee and the only bathroom available in that mall is a stank stall in the dungeon basement where the underground parking is. No one ever goes there.

Wait a minute….I HEAR ANGELS!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

What on EARTH? An eyelash booth?? Well it was a booth of random, wonderful things – where we picked up most of the bridesmaids accessories, and HUNDREDS OF EYELASHES!!!! Meesh and I were dying. 10 pairs for $20 son! Amazing! We copped ourselves a box each!

Happy Camper

You can mix and match!

As if things couldn’t get any better….my homegirl, Debbie came over a few weeks ago to give me a belated birthday present.

BAM!!!

Lashes for lyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyfffffee!!!!

I’ve done pretty much everything to my hurr, except maybe shave ALL OF IT off.

I miss my mohawk the most. I’ve wanted to do it for years, but never had balls to do so until my BFF did it first. BWHAHAHAAHAHA
I have to admit, you really do have to match your outfit to your hair and put loads of makeup on. I would look like a little boy first thing in the morning, which wasn’t so fun, and I’d rather eat a saxophone than go through those fucking in-between growing stages!!!! UGH

Anyways, here’s a mohawk throwback!

Mohawk Throwback

My friend Mel is not only a wick-aad dancer and singer, but a BEAUTY!!! Who wouldn’t want to photograph her?
Another project for Lise & Chris – Meesh on makeup and myself on wardrobe, nuthin’ but fun times!

Lise’s sexy idea worked perfect with Mel!

Check it!

My BFF and I, Meesh, went to the Spring Colour Forecast launch last week at the MAC Scarbs. No biggie. Any event in Scarberia you gotta enter with low expectations or none at all. It’s no ARD event with open bar and gourmet catering.
But still, Meesh and I scored a sweet spot from where the food was coming from and pretended to look at foundation.
Clumsy me, almost knocked the poor servers tray of goodies and almost knocking Meesh’s drink from her hand (not to mention the place was stank as hell). The food was aiight, but we ended up eating somewhere else. Haha.

Oh, and the Spring Colour Forecast was aiight. #2 Coral rocks, and everything else is sux.

What I thought of the MAC launch

ew. worst dressed mannaquins ever. someone please tell me what the f.

Meesh's talented sketch for my new tatt. I'm considering.

Garb what?

Garb Tenement!

Back in 2008, my boy and style partner Duane, a.k.a “Duane Baby” a.k.a “Baby D”, a.k.a President and CEO of Garb Tenement asked me to style their lookbook for their new line of dope hip hop tee’s for mens that they planned to sell online.

I was honored by the offer, but I hesitated. I never styled mens before, and I wasn’t confident enough at the beginning to do the job, but the whole Garb Tenement team put their trust and encouragement in me, and believed that everything would turn out perfect, and it did!

Might I also add that I had 1/2 an hour to whip out the wardrobe….weeeeeeeeeerrrdd!

After confirming a simple theme with an all white appeal, and “daily mens tasks” (haha), I had a better feel of what kind of vibe they were looking for.  Again, with the help of the best collabo team from the Black Widow photo shoot, this would have not happened without  them!

Needless to say, it was pure fun, jokes and no doubt a learning experience!
Look out for Garb Tenement!

Once again shout outs to the dopest team (ps. – the shirt I’m wearing with the alien head is glow in the dark son!):
